Dzien Dobry,

Im a gamer nerd from Finland thats going to stay in Katowice for 6 months or so and would like to know if you have any kind of fighting game scene going on around here.

I mostly play USFIV (although havent touched in a long time.. got boring after ultra :P), KoF13 and starting to get into Guilty Gear Xrd now that it came to steam.
So hit me up if you are from the Katowice area and we can get some games in. Also, is there any tournaments held for fighting games here? Anything planned for SFV?

Actually there are people playing in Katowice. Send pm to user "Lockedandclush", he's mostly into GG but iirc he also played some street fighter.

No tournaments are announced as of yet, but within 6 monts something might come up. Check out this subforum: http://backdash.pl/forum/index.php?board=98.0
While most posts are in polish it won't be hard to find out what games are going to be played on a event, and you can always ask if you need help.

I'm nowhere near Katowice, but should you ever want to talk games or play Xrd, feel free to add me on steam.

Given that there are only several weeks before the release, I believe we might be seeing some announcements soon... :)
